Tonka's Baked Beans
1 11 ounce can of baked beans
1 tablespoon of pickle relish
2 tsp. of "SURE SHOT" SID'S Gunpowder Seasoning
Mix all ingredients in sauce pan over medium heat. Serves 4 - 6 people.
Southwestern Corn Fritters
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 cups canned creamed corn
1/4 cup of flour
2 teaspoon. "SURE SHOT" SID'S Chipotle Pepper Gunpowder Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 egg whites
Beat egg yolks well. Add corn, flour, "SURE SHOT" SID'S Chipotle Pepper Gunpowder Seasoning and pepper. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the corn mixture. Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased griddle. Serves 4 people.
Baked Flounder
1 1/2 teaspoons of Lime MOJO MAMA Seasoning
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound of flounder cut into four equal pieces
Cooking spray
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine first 5 ingredients. Place fillets on a baking pan coated with cooking spray. Spread the mixture evenly over the fillets. Bake at 425 degrees for about 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serves 4 people.
Aunt Teri's Island Sunset Baked Chicken
1 Whole Chicken (washed cut into pieces)
1 Tablespoon of Original MOJO MAMA Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle the Original MOJO MAMA Seasoning evenly over chicken. Place chicken in large baking pan and cook in the 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until chicken is done. Serves 6.
